Each n is random, momentary thoughts, but if you have OCD, there is a problem where they keep coming back. Are you a see a doctor and taking medication to help this problem? If not, you should. ReplyDeleteTOC will feel caught in the cycle, that is the feelings that you get, in any case, that something has happened. When fear and "thinking" that something will happen is shocking, but it's just a thought - and nothing else.
OCD traps. The more you stop the behavior, bad things happen to believe the more that this is the behavior that made this happen, and thoughts to come, was, when in reality, if they occur, without any behavior.
The treatment for OCD is important because it conveys the skills necessary to ignore the thoughts and character through the use of logic. The experiments show that gradually the bad things that havectually happen because the TOC is just thoughts, and discuss some of the treatments taught a new way of thinking.
I have to resist the half of my salary and begin to OCD is frightening thing I have ever dealt. But with the help of my fabulous my will and all post-therapeutic worthwhile. I havent happened, and even if they wouldnt be my fault, they are not out of control. Why should they happen?
