I have a flat with loft can i build extra room? - how to build a flat floor in a boat

I have a room. This is a first floor with large loft. think I can build an office or extra room in my attic. my country is a lease of the RPF have 98 years. what do I do now?

  1. Get professional advice. Sometimes the bars are not strong enough to a bottom and people, in which case they will be forced to support would be strengthened. Not sure whether to require regulation, but may have a building inspector, planning and approval process.
    I hope you have a lot of loot, since such work is not cheap.
    Another important point, not be tempted to the wood, which, together with the two beams, falling like the walls are attached must be removed. I know of a case from which the host, and the builders had been specialists in order to prepare the walls with steel bars enormous cost £ 9000
